Asalamualikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatu. It all started with me randomly checking who can give me a good umrah deal. What can I say I was greater by brother Mubashir and he told me not to worry he will sort all. I paid a very very fair and competitive price. I was given support 24/7 by brother Mubashir. The whole experience was 100%. We stayed at Emaar Al Khalil Makkah and I had no issues what do ever hotel was clean, staff were absolutely amazing no issues at all. The transport Mubashir set up was perfect on time and kept in touch with me all the time. Brother Mubashir kept in touch with me through out my stay asking if I had any issues. My hotel in Medina was also really nice and located perfectly. Again, very clean and no issues and staff were very kind and helpful. Ziarats were fine with time given to read naffals etc. All in all I am very satisfied with the service received from brother Mubashir and I would highly recommend if it's your first time especially to get in touch and see for yourself. I have already booked again for a visit in Ramadan may Allah SWT accept and needless to say I have again gone through brother Mubashir due to the trust I have built up with him and also the level of service I have received. I only had one issue and that was the booking times of the transport. I WhatsApp brother Mubashir and it was sorted in minutes. I know this seems unusual but I really have no complaints and I am 100% satisfied with my journey and the services received throughout both here in the UK and the companies brother Mubashir has collaborated with in Saudi Arabia. All in all a very professional service I am using again and would deffinately recommend to anyone thinking of going for umrah especially if it's yours first time as the support is really second to none.

The service received was 100% from before booking till the end of our trip. Umer took great care of all the arrangements, checked up on us whilst and after the trip. He answered all questions we had also. Would 100% recommend and will book again with them. We travelled as a family of 10 and they took care of all our needs and within the budget we had set.

Brother Alisha provided quotes, made alterations to suit us, arranged visas, answered all queries, and maintained excellent communication throughout our whole Umrah experience. He helped me personally with problems i encountered (my own fault) and i really appreciated his care and consideration, immediate support with arranging alternative flight, checking i was ok, arranging complementary transfer from jeddah to hotel, recovering valuables.... can't fault the service provided by Labbaik and personally, by Brother Alisha. I would recommend without any hesitation!

Labbaik Hajj Umrah were amazing from beginning to end. They provided support from the initial quotations to the completion of our umrah, regularly checking up on us during our trip. They customise the trip to suit our needs, and our budget. We travelled as a group of 18 individuals, which included two babies. Brother Alisha Ilyas was liaison through out are journey and was very patient with us as our trip was being planned and also during the umrah because we were very specific about what and how we wanted to plan our bespoke journey. Fantastic support from initial booking to visas and flying out. This was the first time we used them but it won’t be our last. Thank you brother Alisha.

Warning: Beware of Lubbaik Hajj & Umrah Misleading and Unresponsive

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Lubbaik Umrah & Hajj, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others. This company operates with misleading tactics, specifically targeting innocent people like myself.

Firstly, their website claims to be based in the UK, giving a false sense of security and reliability. However, this couldn't be further from the truth. Once I made inquiries and attempted to reach out to them, their responsiveness vanished into thin air. Numerous phone calls went unanswered, and my emails were met with complete silence. It became evident that Lubbaik Umrah & Hajj is not an authentic UK-based company as they claim, but rather operates from Lahore, Pakistan.

The most distressing aspect of my experience was the fact that they sold me an Umrah package for my family under false pretenses. Their misleading practices prey on vulnerable individuals seeking a sacred pilgrimage, taking advantage of their faith and trust. It is nothing short of a scam.

Adding insult to injury, a majority of the positive reviews one can find online about this company appear to be fake and orchestrated to deceive potential customers. It is a clear indication of their deceptive intentions and lack of ethical standards.

I implore anyone considering Lubbaik Umrah & Hajj to exercise extreme caution. Do not make any payments or deposits without thoroughly researching and verifying the legitimacy of this company. Their deceptive tactics, unresponsiveness, and exploitation of innocent people are inexcusable.

In light of my personal experience, I strongly advise fellow pilgrims to seek reputable and trustworthy travel agencies for their Umrah and Hajj needs. There are many legitimate organizations that prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of their customers, providing a genuine and reliable service.

Please learn from my unfortunate encounter and avoid Lubbaik Umrah & Hajj at all costs. Let us stand together against such unethical practices and protect one another from falling victim to these scams.

Worst service .....charged us for 4 star which was not even 2 star ......very disappointed.......it was very bad experience....we will never go with them.

If there were slight glitches abroad, even then brother Alisha was making phone calls from the UK ensuring everything was fine!

An amazing trip to umrah from start to finish. Brother Umar from Labbaik Hajj Umrah booked all of our travel arrangements and offered us a great package. Brother Umar was really helpful in meeting the specifics I requested and available to answer questions until we travelled. Highly recommend. Even during our trip it was easy to contact the travel agent if we needed anything.

I found and chosen them after online research without any individual recommendation. Initially I had an anxiety because it was my first trip for Umrah along with my family & parents and also I heard a lot about mismanagements and miscommitments about those packages providers available in the market.
Alhamdulillah, I have found them very professional and very prompt to my all queries on each & every step.
Particularly I would mention about Syed Ali Husnain, who provided personal assistance throughout the process and always kept available for any sort of help, information and quick resolution of any issues.
We travelled on 13th February 2023 from Stansted Airport and returned back to UK on 24th February 2023.
Flight and hotel booking was very clear, provided in advance online flight tickets and hotel booking vouchers with reservation/reference numbers and all relevant details (no & type of room etc) on it.
They also arranged transportation for us from Jeddah airport to Makkah hotel which was managed so smoothly & professionally. We provided contact details of transportation company who also got in touch with me a day before of travel and adviced me how to contact the driver when arrive at airport.
Almost all of the communication was happened on Whatsapp which was quite easy and handy but also sent emails via their official email addresses.
Their online portal also gives some extent of confidence and clearity which provide information about your package details, payments and balance.
Definitely, whenever next time I will plan in-sha-Allah, I don't even think for a second for any other option other than Labbaik. JAZAK-ALLAH

We was very disappointed by my Umrah package overall. We was first told by brother Mubashir that we would fly from Manchester with Turkish airlines. We were happy with that as we have been to turkey and know it as a good clean hygienic airport with good facilities. Then we were told that the Manchester was sold out and it would be Heathrow instead but still Turkish Airlines , that was okay too. We paid the deposit and was told this would be fine now. So the balance money in cash as was requested , then a few days later we were forwarded the actual tickets to only find that it would be Egypt air and not Turkish airlines with a 5h30 stop. If we had known about the long stop over we would not have booked.
We believe your organisation should be upfront about stop over times. And which airline as these are important details.
So we flew into Cairo airport where the departure lounge for Jeddah was not clean had no benching the washrooms were not clean. Even the prayer room facilities were not clean and looked like they had been that way for months.
Our group a lot of them knew each other prior , so they were ok. But for those who didn't know anyone was awkward as nobody was formally introduced. We all got to know each other slowly and only by the end did everyone even know each other but by then it was time to go. Our guide was nowhere to be seen once we arrived in Mecca , he walked us to outside the holy site and were left to it , in contrast to other guides all around us who had their guides and groups doing their umrahs together . I suppose this was ok for people who had previously been on umrah , but first time people this is not good. Then we never heard anything from our guide for a few days, so we're not informed about ziyarat times or even if there would be any or even when we would be transited to Medina . The communication was basically non existent. Then we by chance bumped into our guide Mr . Saleem and then he started sending the information. Our transit to Medina then took 8 hrs. 9 and a half if you count the time we took waiting in the lobby till the coach arrived and then the journey. We were not happy .
Then when we arrived at our hotel in Medina our shower was cold and also there was no lighting functioning in the bathroom , my husband had his rawda appointment within two hours of arrival and had to shower and get ready in the dark with only cold water to shower with.
Then this occurred again on the final day the coach from our hotel we were told to wait in lobby at 8pm and didn't leave till 10pm . Unnecessarily extending our journey. So needless to say we didn't have a good experience and talking to others on the group neither did they. So in summary before you take money from people please be upfront about airports , stop overtimes, the communication and the onward organisation of the transportation all needs improving drastically , based on our experience we can't sincerely recommend your services to anyone else as it would not be a good umrah experience for them . The only positivity we can note is the proximity of the two hotels to the holy sites . However the lifts situation on the second hotel in medina was not good as they didn't function properly and some were out of order

I got in contact with Alisha from Labbaik when the hotel that I had booked via Booking.com cancelled on me. Alisha did a fine job of finding me a replacement hotel in Madinah for a decent price. His communication and reachability throughout was above and beyond 👍

First I would like to mention Alisha’s name as he’s been really helpful throughout from the time I booked my trip till the end. I have got the hotels I wanted and also the transportation was top notch over there. I had a great trip and I would highly recommend Labbaik Hajj and umrah to anyone.

I had seen a lot of good online reviews for this company and viewed the videos on youtbue.

I spoke to Haider and Umer throughout. There were a few hiccups along the way but Haider reassured us and we went ahead and booked.

We travelled on 5th feb and returned 13 feb 2023. My mum is disabled and this was a worry for us.

However, everything was as promised. We got the hotels we wanted and transfers were included. Haider was always a whatsapp message away if we needed anything.

Alhamdulillah we completed our umrah and had a great trip, thank you Haider and the Labbaik team.
