Purchased my engagement ring in summer and have recently proposed, my girlfriend absolutely loves her ring. We did need to have it slightly resized which was done free of charge and under 24 hours, service is honestly top notch.

Alex went the extra mile from start to finish, and made the whole process as seamless and stress-free as possible. Her professionalism and knowledge were extremely reassuring and she worked with my requirements to deliver the most perfect earring sets - both very different in style and design.
