Die Gürtel von La Boucle sind ein richtiger Hingucker. Gerade bei den Multicolor Varianten ist man wunderbar farblich flexibel. Der Kundenservice war schnell und freundlich in der Bearbeitung. Für mich eine klare Empfehlung

I originally bought this belt on the crowdfund over 7 years ago. It finally started to fall apart, and I dug out the receipt to see that it had been pretty much exactly 7 years on the invoice. So I contacted La Boucle, sent them some photos, and without a hitch, I had a brand new belt in my hands by the end of the week. Came priority overseas. The customer service rep I exchanged emails with, Achille, was an absolute delight. Replies were swift and helpful. I wasn't even sure they would honour the warranty, considering the dates, but they did, no question. The whole experience was amazing. The quality of the product is only exceeded by their customer service. Well worth the cost. This is the sort of service that earns a customer for life.
Ik heb 2 riemen besteld. Een van de riemen had een fabricagefout. Binnen 24 uur was het opgelost en kreeg ik kosteloos een nieuwe riem toegestuurd! Perfecte service!

Great product and excellent service. My belt had a small manufacturing defect, but it was immediately replaced with a new one.

Prachtig en innovatief product. Ik ben zeer tevreden met mijn nieuwe riem van La Boucle. In het begin even wennen aan het nieuwe concept, maar nu kan ik er niet meer zonder. Contact gehad met de klantendienst, dat verliep allemaal erg vlot en correct. Trots om elke dag mijn Belgische riem te dragen!

The invitation to leave a review is automatically sent by Trustpilot one week after an order, which is a standard setting and not connected to delivery status or sent manually by our team.
Your order was placed on the evening of 25th December and was fulfilled and shipped the next working day, reflecting our usual fast dispatch. Unfortunately, deliveries to Ireland often experience longer transit times after Christmas due to seasonal congestion and cross-border logistics, which are outside of our control once the parcel is with the courier.
We would also like to mention that we were not contacted prior to this review. Had you reached out to our customer support, we would have been more than happy to assist and investigate the delay with the courier on your behalf.
While we fully understand how frustrating delivery delays can be, it is unfortunate to receive a negative review for an issue that is not related to our fulfilment process and beyond our direct control.

La Boucle offers top end product with excellent service. The belts are well made, function flawlessly and look great. The sizing is also a standout feature that allows for a near custom fit regardless of your size. I own five La Boucle belts (both knit and leather) and I am certain to order more as other styles and materials become available. I don’t expect to wear any other golf belt - it’s La Boucle or nothing. Truly amazing product.

You placed it on 13 November in the evening, and GLS picked it up first thing the next morning, on 14 November. After that came the weekend, when carriers don’t operate, and your parcel was delivered on Tuesday, 18 November.
In total, your order arrived within 3 working days, which is within the normal delivery time for shipments from Belgium to Germany.
