Beautiful faux fur shrug!
Beautiful shrug, perfect for wearing as a bridesmaid. Having read reviews, I decided to go two sizes up when ordering for myself and my daughter. Glad I did as they fit perfectly, with some room for movement. Like so many others, I recommend going up a size or two. The quality is good for the price, you get what you pay for. The shrugs are nicely lined and feel very comfortable to wear. Delivery was quick. Very happy with product and service.

I was a bit disappointed with the…
I was a bit disappointed with the petticoat i received. After losing an eye when I took the hoop out of the packet (you really should tie that hoop so it doesn't spring open when it comes out of the packaging!), I spent a good few minutes trying to understand the instructions on how to insert it into the petticoat. Even after 20 minutes of trying to get it in, the end was still sticking out so it showed beneath the dress. I tried it on anyway, but didn't like how restrictive it felt with the hoop so close to my legs. I decided to return it, but not before nearly losing the other eye trying to get the hoop back into the packet!

Until I recieved my order, I am unwilling to raise this to more than 1 star.
You sent me a tracking number and it doesn't work - royal mail appear to have no record of this.

The estimated delivery date for your order is 3rd February due to the item not being in stock, this would have been shown as you checked out. When we get the item in stock, we will ship it to you via Royal Mail with a tracking ID you can use to track the item.
Unfortunately a delivery label was created by mistake for your order, which generated a tracking ID that Royal Mail was not able to track, because we deleted the tracking when we realised we did not need it.
Trustpilot automatically asks for a review a few days after we notify it that we have shipped the order, which is why you got an email from Trustpilot even though we haven't sent the order yet.
I'm very sorry for the mix-up and confusion. To summarise, we have not shipped your order yet. We will still deliver your order by the estimated delivery date of 3rd February and there is no problem with your order. The tracking ID does not work, because we made a delivery label for your order by mistake and then cancelled it. When we actually ship your order, you will get a new tracking ID.
I see you have also emailed customer services, I will also reply to that email with this explanation. If you have any questions please reply to our email.
I hope you will update your review when you receive you order.
