Great products
I ordered a hoop and a faux fur bridal jacket for my upcoming wedding, it arrived on time and both fit perfectly.
I did start to get worried about it not arriving after I ordered it. I emailed them and they got back to me the next day and explained that my jacket gets made to order, I didnt read that part. I paid for next day delivery and it arrived when it was supposed to. I got an email to confirm delivery as well

The veil I bought was exactly how it looked in the photos , came in the time stated and was a good price. It came in ivory aswell .

Great service!!
I didn't receive my order confirmation email so I contacted the team, they investigated and called back when they said they would. The product arrived on time and was great quality, but wasn't suitable for what I needed. The returns process was quick simple and straight forward. Great service from the team.

I ordered a bikini and a few days later they sent me a refund but no reason why I did not receive my order or update to why I wasn't receiving.
I got confirmation f o r my order but that was all.
Not happy !!!

I am sorry to hear that you've experienced bad service from us, I have looked into your order and I wouldn't be happy either. Allow me to explain what happened.
We received your order with an incomplete delivery address; the house number was missing from the street address. When we shipped your order via Royal Mail, they were unable to complete the delivery, because they didn't have the house number. When Royal Mail can't complete a delivery, they return the item to the sender and when we received the returned item, we believed it to be a return/refund and so processed it as a usual refund. Unfortunately we didn't know this was a return-to-sender via Royal Mail, rather than you the customer, so we didn't think to contact you about it.
I understand that you're unhappy due to the lack of the communication and I apologise. I have contacted our account manager at Royal Mail to ask how we can improve this process (maybe when they have an incomplete delivery they can contact the customer for the missing details, rather than returning the order to us). I have also contacted our technical team to see if they can find a way that only complete delivery addresses can be entered at the checkout.
I will also contact you directly to discuss this and to get your order to you as soon as possible.
