Doesn't deliver on next day delivery
I ordered because of the promised next day delivery, but items were not delivered on time, nor did the company inform me of the delay until I contacted them.

Good ladders
I ordered a ladder from them because I wanted to clean the gutter. Whole experience was great as they had a discount on a few of them. Ordered it and it was delivered within 2 days. Excellent quality and highly recommended.

Top marks!
There were some issues with delivery but LAA were very helpful and sorted it quickly.
Everyone makes mistakes, but it's how you deal with them that counts.
Thanks for your first class service Molly, see you down the Harbourside!
