Late arrivals and no customer support
I’ve been using LadiesOnTheRun for years to buy braiding hair and never had an issue. It wasn’t until I placed an order on the 13th August and it literally took an entire month to come, despite delivery supposedly guaranteed after 5 days. I sent a complaint to their support email (which doesn’t work btw) and sent a text to the phone number linked to their Instagram. I never heard back from them. I had to cancel my hair appointment as a result, so I don’t see myself shopping from here again. I wouldn’t have been that arsed if someone had reached out to get something sorted for me, but this company is too unresponsive and hard to get a hold of. I feel they aren’t reliable anymore.

Did not receive my goods
I ordered an item from Ladies on the run on 11th June 2025. I was sent an email confirmation receipt, which stated delivery as guaranteed in 5 working days; today is 21st June, and I still haven't received the item. Thank God, I had the sense to save the purchase page as a pdf as it was one of those random websites that you won't remember afterward. I've raised a dispute with my bank to get my money back, but I wanted others to hear about my experience so they would think twice about buying from this merchant.

We do always do our utmost to fulfil and satisfy our customer orders which we are very grateful for, but there are times where we do fail.
On this occasion we struggled to get your item and I was waiting on the last supplier and busy times got the better of myself and the team. Anyhow, we should have communicated and provided a better service. So we take your feedback as a positive lesson to do better.

Found this store online and I’m so glad I did.
Discovered this online shop because I was looking for a particular product. The product was out of stock and Ladies on the run was fantastic with getting back to me. I was also offered an alternative product for the same price plus special delivery. Thank you very much for the excellent customer service. It goes a long way in retaining me as a customer.

Excellent customer service and product range!
Ladies On The Run is my go to online shop for all of my afro hair products. It has been amazing to see the product range grow since the website launched and the customer service is always brilliant.
