The first sub box of 2026 arrived right on time and it's contents didn't disappoint. The 5 cheeses were varied in taste and texture with the blue being an excellent easy introduction to those not taken with the notion of blue cheese. After an evening of cheese and the applicable pairing I'm ready to face the rest of January.
