I have purchased a couple of items from these guys. Great quality and well worth it. Sadly I managed to pick up a great price on a jacket I have been looking at and it was lovely. But I had to return as they didn't have my size.

But I will keep and eye out.

A Smart handbag with long , versatile straps. A good navy, not too dark. Plenty of pockets, but not too heavy. I look forward to using it both daily at home, and on long distance trips and holidays.

Easy enough to order. Pleasant exchange on the phone when asking for clarification about delivery. Disappointing that they offer a further discount after an order is placed. Unnecessary.

I have had a large purse for a longtime which I liked, it was very well laid out but was too big to put into today’s small handbags. I ordered a smaller leather from you hoping it would do all the things a bigger one had done I needn’t have worried it is perfect. I ordered the teal green it is a lovely colour as well. I am very pleased with it and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lakeland to anybody.

I chose the bag I liked the look of with a weave and I wasn't disappointed. The bag and the colour are just what I wanted. My fault really since I didn't look carefully enough at dimensions, but I am finding the bag quite small. It will be perfect for times when I don't need to carry so much.

A really nice crossbody bag. Just the right size and enough pockets to keep phone, purse etc easy to access. It is good quality and I am really pleased with it.

Delivery was next day delivery. Leather was butter soft fit was excellent. Sadly colour was wrong for me not as expected phoned customer service spoke to a lovely girl explained the situation she was very apologetic forwarded me a return label almost immediately. Posted Friday had an email on Monday stating jacket received later had another email to state refund would be in my bank within 2days. Excellent company would highly recommend. Will purchase from them in the future.

I was in lakeland leather in Northallerton today and I bought a leather case for my glasses in the samples box I paid for it literally turned behind me and saw a better case which was more expensive I hadn't even gone out of sight of the sales assistant I asked if I could pay the difference and buy the more expensive case the sales assistant attitude stunk she said no there's no returns on samples I said but I've literally just bought it I'll pay the difference for the more expensive one but no she turned her back on me and walked away. Before I was served there was a couple in front of me I don't know what was said but I saw the man throw a shirt on the counter told her you can stuff it and stormed out the shop if that's how Lakeland staff treat there customers I'll never step in that shop again. Also my aunt who I was with was going to buy a leather jacket for her daughter but when she saw how the staff member treated me she put it back the woman staff member was extremely unpleasant.

A really quality, well made leather jacket and at an excellent price.
