Alex was great to work with and kept me aware of what they were doing and why they needed to do it as the restoration went along. There’s were multiple issues in my basement and they took care of them all in a timely matter. I’d gladly recommend them to others!

Prompt and efficient
The company was prompt and the the work was done efficiently. Rodrigo, Alex and Raymond were all helpful and understood the project needs. They were friendly and answered questions without talking down to us. There were some issues with communication with one employee and some paint left on woodwork that we actually cleaned off, but Rigo and Alex handled these very well.
We would consider this company in the future for other projects.

Lakeshore has been with us the whole…
Lakeshore has been with us the whole way. I am so glad we went with someone local to help with our disaster. They are fantastic. Every single person on their team is caring and professional. They work their tails off, too. They have been a great resource for working with our insurance company. Our disaster struck on Christmas Eve and they came immediately. So good.

BEWARE OF THEESE CRIMINALS!
BEWARE OF THESE CRIMINAKS! These people put a $5.,000 Lien against my home! I am a Senior Citizen with a disability! They lied and said I had to sign a contract within 3 days or insurance would not pay for supposed leak on my ceiling bedroom! Roofing specialist and insurances said they had precut cardboard to stuff into my ventilation ducts and that u never had a leak in roof! They also said that Lakes was attempting to charge me over $2,000 for service and another $600 for a leak that did not exist! CROOKSa beware!!

We take feedback seriously, but this review raises substantial credibility concerns and does not appear to reflect a verified customer experience with Lakeshore Restoration LLC. The reviewer does not identify themselves by a real name, provides no service address, no invoice number, no claim number, and no date of service—details that would normally exist in any legitimate complaint.
Several statements are also demonstrably questionable. Lakeshore Restoration LLC does not place arbitrary “$5,000 liens” on homes (in fact, Lakeshore Restoration LLC has NEVER placed any lien on any property not even close to that number). In Wisconsin, any lien rights are governed strictly by state law, require documented contracted services, proper notices, and are only pursued when legitimate unpaid balances exist after completed authorized work. Liens cannot simply be “put against a home” without legal basis, court involvement and supporting documentation.
The allegations regarding fabricated leaks, “precut cardboard” in ducts, and false charges are inflammatory claims unsupported by any evidence. We maintain written agreements, photos, moisture documentation, scope records, and billing files for all real projects. If this person were an actual customer, we would be able to identify the matter immediately from those records.
We strongly dispute the accuracy of this post and believe it may be false, defamatory, or posted by someone who was never a customer and never had a previous experience with Lakeshore Restoration LLC. We are formally reporting this review to Trustpilot for investigation and removal. If the reviewer is a genuine customer, we invite them to contact our office directly with their real name, property address, and documentation so the matter can be properly reviewed and resolved.
Superb workmanship, exceeded above expectations
Lakeshore Restoration LLC was excellent from start to finish. The best contractor I have worked with in my experience, communication was spot on, every phone call, email answered immediately and the workmanship was spot on. I am very pleased with the work that was completed on a timely fashion. I would strongly recommend them to friends and family. Don't hesitate to call them for your restoration needs!

Alex came out the same day. Needed an estimate on Asbestos removal.
Alex came out the same day I called. Looked had to be done with the Asbestos I had in the basement. Didn't know about the Asbestos till someone told me that it was in the basement. Lived in the house for over 38 years without knowing. Alex answered all my questions. The workers are Friendly, Knowledgeable about the work they are doing and cleans everything up. Removal was done on 3/12 2026.
