As a first time buyer I was not sure how to go about choosing a conveyancing solicitor so chose through comparison site and really glad I chose Lambert Pugh LLP. I’d read some mixed reviews but my experience has been very positive. I was in a short chain, which helped the speed of everything I’m sure, but equally Lambert Pugh handled everything smoothly and really handy completing most things via an app. I emailed regularly to check if there was anything I needed to be doing but this was mainly to satisfy my own anxieties about the whole process. Very professional and quick to respond. From. Offer to completion my purchase took 13 weeks, which is fab considering current climate, and met the estimated date they have gave me at the start which I didn’t expect due to COVID etc. Would definitely recommend and also use again.

Team 9 dealt with the conveyancing on my recent move. They were in short.. excellent.
I was always informed and when important documents needed completing they were on hand to support.

Although dubious over using an online solicitor, I cannot fault Team 5's hard work. Always responsive by email (which is my preference) thorough and reliable. Dealt with issues that arised and ensured that we completed on the day of Stamp duty holiday end. The price was brilliant, over £1000 cheaper than a local firm and judging by the amount of times we had to chase the vendor's local solicitor we definitely made the best choice. 100% recommended Lambert Pugh. She worked tirelessly to get the sale completed and kept me up to date constantly. I have had terrible experiences with other conveyancing firms, but I would highly recommend Lambert Pugh.

We have used Lambert Pugh for a number of years and for a number of transactions both purchasing and selling. We have dealt with Team 2 and Team 9 as well as the partners and support staff and have always found them to be excellent. They advertise themselves as Conveyancing solicitors and they do that job admirably. Some of the reviews and no doubt some of their clients seem to expect more that’s they are really prepared to pay for. We have found them to do the job they do very well and to be straightforward, efficient and totally up front with both costs and timescales. Having just completed a transaction where the people acting for the other side were appalling, we were very pleased we had used Rebecca and Jonathan and very grateful to them for completing it before the 30/9 SDLT change.

Extremely professional and helpful firm of Solicitors. My case was assigned to a specific team led by the highly efficient Susie Dove. This meant I always had the same solicitor as my first point of contact. My particular case was dealt with very speedily and efficiently. Would recommend without hesitation.
