The taste is out of this world good - I like a stronger smoked salmon and the Malvern salt hit the spot! Two bits of feedback are I went with a 400g - which came as one pack and I should have gone... Ver más
Arguably the best smokery in the world. It made my father so happy to have a supply of his favorite kippers and they're not a shy size either, the smoked cheddar is divine and the salmon jerky is the... Ver más
Super speedy delivery and the most delicious smoked salmon. Cut superbly so you get a decent portion; not one of these wafer thin products you get at Supermarkets. Why I keep going back to them.

Very special
The smoked salmon and trout was absolutely delicious. Cut quite thick so it had some bite to it and so flavourful. Best I’ve ever eaten.

Good quality and very smokey
Ordered the smoked salmon trimmings. Delivery was on time and hassle free. I've previously ordered slices and the quality is faultless. However with the trimmings be aware that the pieces can be a bit stringy and fibrous so it's only really good for adding into hot recipes so that the toughness of the pieces melts away. The smoke flavour is very intense. Almost bonfire like in strength so you can tell its been properly smoked and not synthetic.
