Finger weg von diesem Shop!!! Die gelieferte Kleidung entspricht nicht im geringsten den beworbenen Artikeln auf der Website. Billigste Qualität und es gibt 0 Übereinstimmung mit dem was ich bestellt und was ich geliefert bekommen habe. Weder im Schnitt noch vom Stoff oder in den Details. Lediglich das Muster ähnelt dem ursprünglichem Produkt, das war’s aber auch schon.

Ich hatte Anfang Juli bei Lamiano ein Kleid bestellt, das nach etwa zwei bis drei Wochen geliefert wurde. Leider entsprach das Kleid überhaupt nicht den Bildern auf der Website. Das Material war von sehr schlechter Qualität und angezogen sah das Kleid einfach grotesk aus.

Nachdem ich lange gesucht hatte, fand ich schließlich eine E-Mail-Adresse, um nachzufragen, wie ich das Kleid zurücksenden kann. Ich erhielt eine Antwort mit der Bitte, zunächst Fotos des Kleides zu schicken. Ich habe nicht verstanden, warum das nötig sein sollte, habe die Bilder aber trotzdem gesendet.

Anschließend erhielt ich eine weitere E-Mail, in der mir angeboten wurde, 20 % des Kaufpreises von 50 € zu erstatten, wenn ich das Kleid behalten würde. Gleichzeitig wurde ich darauf hingewiesen, dass ich die Kosten für die Rücksendung selbst tragen müsse. Das werde ich auch gerne tun, denn ich möchte ein solches Geschäftsmodell nicht unterstützen.

Ich kann nur jedem davon abraten, hier einzukaufen. Die gleichen Kleider gibt es beispielsweise bei Temu für deutlich weniger Geld. Für mich gilt: Nie wieder Lamiano.

Auch die Website ist irreführend. Dort wird der Eindruck vermittelt, das Unternehmen habe seinen Sitz in England oder den Niederlanden. Tatsächlich kommt die Ware jedoch aus China.

I ordered a dress from Lamiano at the beginning of July, and it arrived after about two to three weeks. Unfortunately, the dress looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The material was of very poor quality, and once I tried it on, it looked absolutely ridiculous.

After searching for quite some time, I finally found an email address to ask how I could return the dress. I received a reply asking me to send photos of the dress first. I didn't understand why this was necessary, but I sent the pictures anyway.

I then received another email offering me a 20% refund on the €50 purchase price if I kept the dress. At the same time, I was informed that I would have to pay the return shipping costs myself. I am happy to do so because I do not want to support a business like this.

I can only advise others not to shop here. The exact same dresses are available on Temu for significantly less money. I will never buy from Lamiano again.

The website is also misleading. It gives the impression that the company is based in England or the Netherlands, but in reality the products are shipped from China.

I had a very disappointing experience with Lamiano.
My order took around three weeks to arrive, and nowhere on the website was it made clear that it would be shipped from China.
When the dress finally arrived, it looked nothing like the photos on the website. The colour, material, quality, and overall appearance were completely different from what was advertised. The fabric was of very poor quality, and the dress did not even have a brand or company label sewn into it, making it look like a very cheap, unbranded product rather than the quality item shown on the website.
I contacted customer service to request a return because the item was not as described. However, I was told that I would have to pay to return the item to China. This was never clearly disclosed before I placed my order, and if I had known this, I would not have purchased the dress.
As I have been unable to resolve this matter with the retailer, I have raised a dispute with my bank and have also submitted complaints to the relevant consumer protection authorities for them to investigate my experience.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this retailer. I was very disappointed with both the product and the way my return request was handled.
