The product is just as described and is really high quality. Packaged very well so no risk of damage. Good communication to keep you up to speed at all stages.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been extremely frustrating from start to finish.

I ordered a lamp from Lampmasters and received a faulty product straight out of the box (the base/charging section detached immediately). From that point on, the process became unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming.

I made multiple attempts to resolve this reasonably and pragmatically. I even offered to accept a partial refund or price reduction and simply keep the item, to avoid the entire return process. This was refused, and no alternative solution or goodwill gesture was offered.

Instead, I was required to:

* Handle the full return process myself (printing labels, packaging, drop-off)
* Chase repeatedly for updates after the return was confirmed as received
* Deal with long delays and poor communication

After weeks of waiting, a replacement was finally arranged — only for it to be shipped with an incomplete address (missing flat number), despite this having been clearly provided. This caused a failed delivery and yet another delay.

At this point, I have been without the product for months, not days or weeks — entirely due to errors on their side.

What is most disappointing is the complete lack of ownership:

* No urgency
* No proactive communication
* No compensation, despite the ongoing inconvenience

For a company selling premium design products, the level of customer service is simply not acceptable.

The product itself may be nice, but the overall experience has been one of the most unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming purchases I’ve had.

I ordered on the 31.03.26 / 22:01 - my lamp has not arrived. GLS customs its stuck according to the tracking link. I called last week - agent told me I will receive an update via email - no response, called today the CS agent told me it looks to be lost (or wrongly picked up at your own warehouse) - i need to wait another 7 days (3 working weeks) before replacement can be shipped- How is this my fault for you being unable to ship what i ordered ? Very unhappy with the service and no resolution offered

Item packaged well.
Quality is ok. The unit has some nice functionality.
Needed to make my own wall bracket for the remote control. Fitted a pluggable connection to ease fitment.

Had a good choice of dimmable bulbs at better than amazon quality and price. Dimmable bulbs are quite hard to find but these guys solved my problem and the bulbs work perfectly in my large multiple bulb lamp to show the large stained glass shade in the best light. Great job guys!

I ordered two linen pin boards. Only one arrived. I’m still waiting for the second one 4 weeks later. I’m not receiving any solid information or offer of a refund.

I don’t normally give reviews or bad reviews but the lack of customer care here is appalling.

Love the lamps! Found ones that I really like the style of and with a good price too. Smooth delivery although one item went out of stock so took a month for it to arrive. However that was communicated well with me so I wasn’t bothered.

Arrived smashed .
Had to go out of my way to send back .
Treated like it wasn’t broken , and badly packed.
Expected to pack up ‘appropriately’ to send back !
