I called LDS to work on a blocked soil drain for my parents, not a pleasant job as you can imagine. However the 2 employees that came out were simply brilliant, with a refreshing can do attitude and more importantly to me were very polite and respectful to my elderly parents. They cleaned up after the job and provided a simply outstanding service. Well done guys and thank you so much for your efforts.

Had LDS visit the job and do a survey for me. Incredibly prompt service and very professional.Spent several hours with their camera looking for a main drain ,which he found . Unfortunately he couldn't find certain details I needed for the planning office ,so when he called me he explained everything very clearly and also sent me links to Yorkshire water and what to do next . He also said he wouldn't charge me any as he hadn't provided the report details I needed,which is incredibly good of him . He also said he would happily compile a report for me when Yorkshire water provided me with more information. Absolutely top firm and couldn't recommend highly enough.
