Recently did a Ltd company BTL Purchase for a client.

The BDM Rahead was very informative and knew the criteria very well.

The underwriter stayed in contact throughout and we had a direct line that helped speed the process up.

We faced some challenges with the solicitors towards the end, and again Rahead was able to step in and help us to completion.

The process of Product Switches are new to this lender and they appear to go about it so differently from other lenders. I think some training on this from the Company would have been useful

A simple product transfer process was made extremely complicated.

Landbay understand the specialist market, making the experience smooth and stress free. I had direct contact with the underwriter along with support from the business development manager and felt we worked well together to exceed the customers expectations.

The portal is user-friendly and easy to use, making it simple to upload documents and track progress.

Application for simple product switch submitted beginning of March. Took until May to go through. Understood there would be a soft underwrite but paperwork was submitted and not dealt with thus causing the client to revert to the SVR thus incurring uneccessary expense.

If you are a mortgage broker wanting to look after your clients, avoid this company like the plague, one of the worst experiences sorting what should be simple PT's. Place your case with a lender who can offer something going forward.
