Jon and the team were brilliant throughout our house move. Viewings were grouped together as we had preferred and we had multiple offers within a week of going on the market. We were kept up to date along the way, communication was good and in general a great service. I already have and will continue to recommend them.

The best estate agents I have ever used. I sold my property through L and D estate agents and I can not thank them enough. John was very efficient and hardworking and ensured the sale went through by the agreed deadline. He was proactive in terms of keep the solicitors accountable and kept me updated at every stage.

He abd his team quickly arranged a number of viewings with, previously unsolicited, potential buyers which resulted in a progressable offer. Absolutely fantastic estate agents especially John. Who help me sell my property within 3 months of listing for sale. As I was with 2 of possibly the biggest estate agents in Luton. who had my house for 14 months and failed to sell. John from L&D estate agents is absolute diamond of a man who took me as a client very seriously, give me best advice and give me his wattsapp number he did not mind while I was texting him in out of hours. I found L&D estate agents cheapest in Luton and most professional. Especially it's a family run estate agents they will have you at top priority. I will highly recommend L&D estate agents especially if you are 1st time buyer or seller. 5 stars are not enough I would give them 100 stars.

Jon and Daniel could not have been more helpful, right from day one. The starting process was extremely easy and once we had signed all relevant paperwork, Daniel set to work trying to sell our property. Within a few days we had an offer which we weren't quite happy with so Daniel liaised between them and us until we were all happy. Unfortunately the other party pulled out but rather than just send an email to inform us, they came to tell us face to face which we really appreciated.
Within a month we received another offer which we accepted and we completed within a few weeks. Thanks to Jon and Daniel and their professional attitude, we have found the whole process extremely easy. We had no idea of the way things had to be done but our questions were always answered as quickly as possible, our phone calls and emails always responded to. I really cannot praise them enough.
