SCAM COMPANY, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I immediately returned my order after finding out my friend was allergic. I followed their return procedures after they told me about the $5 shipping deduction. I have reached out 6 times, I keep getting the same auto-generated response that they’re sorry and the refund will take 7-10 business days. Well it’s not been 2 months and I’ve not gotten my refund. This is a dishonest company that doesn’t care about its customers, RUN!

Absolute rubbish, I had very dry lips and thought this product would help. A complete waste of money, applied it religiously every night and it made no difference at all. Am back to using Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream, by far the superior product!

Staff are super helpful and the product variety is fantastic. From daily essentials to luxury picks, they’ve got it all. Definitely recommend!

Terrible Customer Service & Still No Refund After 5 Months!

I placed an order with Laneige on 12/16/24 and ended up returning the merchandise shortly after because it didn’t arrive on time. Laneige confirmed they received my return on 1/9/25 and assured me that I would receive a refund within 7–10 business days. It’s now five months later, and I still haven’t seen a dime.

Since 1/13/25, I’ve been going back and forth with customer service. Every time, I’m met with the same generic apology and zero action. It’s completely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. A company of this size should be able to process a basic return and refund in a timely manner.

At this point, I feel scammed. I returned the product, followed all their procedures, and Laneige is holding onto my money with no resolution in sight. I will never shop from them again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before placing an order with them. Horrible experience from start to finish.

I love the lip sleeping mask from Laneige! Its smell so good and keep my lips hydrated, its a bit expensive but i’ll last a long time with it so i guess it’s value is price! :)

I absolutely love Laneige. Their lip masks are my favorite for sure. They always leave my lips feeling super hydrated and I find myself only reapplying every few hours or so. Compared to other lip balms that's honestly remarkable (in my opinion). The light fragrances are so delicious smelling and I look all their scents. I'm also a huge fan of their water cream, I use it on nights I need extra moisture before I sleep. The only downside to this brand is it can be quite expensive, but you get what you pay for.
