Shipping is very slow
Shipping is very slow. I place order on 27th of October 2023 and its been 8 days no update on the status which is mentioned on the website. Several times i emailed on service@lankeleisi-store .com, firstly they give reply very late and second thing they just told me that we are waiting for shipment. on the 31 of october they told me that your shipment will be arrived on friday (03.11.2023) but as i expected the shipment not arrived yet. now i again email them he told me "When it arrives at the warehouse, we will arrange for it to be put on the shelves, and then shipped. Your order will be shipped first". So i am facing a bad experience. In the website they mentioned that 2-7 working days the order will be arrived but it has been 8 days now. My order number is Order No. LKL00001261

Zero qualité, zero support
Support très peu fiable, Vélo reçu de mauvaise qualité : problème sur le moteur, sur les roues, sur la chaîne et sur la suspension arrière. Fuyez, n'achetez rien chez eux. Économisez et achetez en boutique un produit de meilleure qualité.
