I felt scammed
I felt scammed. It was my first time recharging mlbb dias at this application but for some reason it said that my transaction can't proceed due that I had "reached purchase limit". BRUHHH IT WAS LITERALLY MY FIRST TIME! I tried to contact their Customer Service but no response afterwards. I already paid and now they'll not refund my money?????

I never had a issues with recharging…
I never had a issues with recharging before. Not until today. It's been 2hrs but it's still processing. I'm reaching out they're customer service, but so bad as f. I hate waiting, I just want a smooth and fast transaction but they're not responsive to update me what's going on.
