These coins were a last minute idea - that we needed in a hurry! The team at Challenge Coins was the one and only of 5 other vendors we asked, who were able to not only reach our deadline - but deliver an incredibly solid, gorgeous and substantial product. We were kept updated throughout the timeline by two team members (Shanna and Elena) who understood and respected our needs - and came through with flying colors for us!
We are super excited and happy with the product and the end result - but the customer service was bar known.

They were extremely user friendly. I sent a very rough sketch of my desired coin and there designers turned it into a gorgeous coin. Lapel Pins Plus is a great company that helped us design a Pin for our 2021 graduating Nursing Class. Hector worked with us to design the high-quality pin. The items were delivered in a timely manner for a great price. The pins were engraved and delivered in velvet boxes.
