Replacing a laptop battery
The battery arrived the within three days of ordering. It was easy to fit once I had removed the back of the laptop. The main problem was finding guidance from the internet on how to remove the backing but the tools provided by the battery company proved very helpful once I understood what to do. Their instructions on improving battery life were also insightful.

A 75 quid battery allowed me to continue using my laptop and not spend 2000 quid on a new one

Battery arrived quickly and worked
Battery arrived quickly as promised and worked. Tools supplied were handy, too. There was an initial error message about updating, followed by a couple of DOS screens, after which everything worked fine, with the laptop starting up on battery alone as wanted. A previous replacement battery from another supplier never got past the updating message and would only start up on mains power.
