Good customer service
Good customer service, prompt answer to emails. Battery arrived in good time. It was more expensive than I later found elsewhere, but useful to have tools to open laptop and remove old battery.

appears very good value for money
appears very good value for money, works perfectly well, although only time and use will tell if it’s a decent battery.
Pity about the poor delivery time, i bought it on the understanding delivery would be 3 working days max.
It arrived 2 days later than the 3, after i had left on a business trip when my laptop would have been useful.

Brilliant care in trying circumstances for all
I had difficulties in fitting a replacement battery for my Acer Spin 713 Chromebook. Patrick was superb. All promises kept in a sensitive way and helpful "how are you getting on?" emails. I thoroughly recommend Laptopbatteries.co.uk . If I could give ten stars I would.
