Faulty Battery
Had received a summary from Copilot this was a highly reputable battery supplier. Purchased a replacement battery for my Lenovo X13 laptop. Within 9 days of purchase did a comprehensive report on the energy/battery performance, one of the cells has died. I work 75 hours a week, don't have the time to fill out the forms to get my money back.

We are sorry to hear that you experienced an issue with the battery. However, we cannot find any record of you contacting us regarding this matter before leaving your review.
If a battery develops a fault, we are always happy to assist. In most cases, all we require is not a form but the original order number, the product serial number, and a brief description of the issue. We can then investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund. We also offer an exchange service where a replacement battery is delivered at the same time the original unit is collected, minimising any downtime for the customer.
We appreciate that people have busy schedules, but unfortunately we were not given the opportunity to help resolve this issue before this review was posted.

Excellent delivery, price and performance
I was very impressed with laptopbattery. I could easily find the laptop battery I wanted even though my HP Envy was 6 years old. The price was good. The battery was delivered quickly. I fitted it and it worked superbly. My laptop was as good as new. The capacity is as expected. The only very minor improvement the company could have made was to provide a simple installation sheet. That said, I replaced it without any problems. Note that to open up the back of the laptop, a star-shaped screwdriver is needed which I bought years ago for such purposes.

A quick delivery of the battery and when there was an issue they were very helpful and arranged for a replacement without fuss. Things do sometimes fail and a company shows its true colours when it has to deal with these sort of issues, so I was very pleased. Will use again in the future.

Unfortunately Disappointing
Unfortunately, this replacement Dell battery is no better than the old original battery I replaced.
Got less than 2hrs general use out of it.

At the time this review was left, we had not yet had the opportunity to respond to your latest email or continue troubleshooting the issue with you. We had intended to review the results from another charge cycle together with a Windows battery report to better determine whether the issue was battery related or system related.
Less than 2 hours runtime from a 97Wh battery under light use does sound lower than we would normally expect, and we would still be happy to investigate this further and help reach a resolution, whether that may be a replacement or refund. Please feel free to contact us directly.
