Issue with original battery, contacted company and this was sorted with no problems.

No problems with new battery fitted no problems so far. Battery bit thicker than the one it replaced but this slants the keyboard towards you "neat".

Replacement battery fitted the laptop perfectly.

I look after my stuff. My Dell laptop has served me well and is still going strong 9 years on. But the battery was completely finished and I could only use it connected to via plug. No replacement batteries available via Dell UK and Dell USA had but wouldn't accept a non-US credit card. Thank you LaptopBattery.co.uk for stepping in and helping!

FYI - just so you know as the consumer - newer batteries will often be smaller and look completely different as the technology advances. I thought I had been sent the wrong battery as the new was just over half the size - but alas it aligned up perfectly and fitted right in (and makes the laptop lighter too!)

Had some initial issues with the charge holding but after a couple cycles of full charge + full depletion the battery health is working just as expected. Thanks for the email tips!
