Bought an S24 Ultra was given 3 months warranty on it witch had motherboard issues 4 months in. Spent about 700 quid to have a paperweight months later. Do not buy from these guys they don’t help have a terrible attitude and of course are all from where you’d think they’re from

Needed to upgrade my phone due to medical reasons, Spoke to Jay on the phone about my best option, he was very helpful, I bought a phone over the phone, it was delivered the day after I ordered it, Jay text me when he sent it to let me know it was on the way and checked to make sure I received it the very next day. Bought a samsung s20+ and the packaging I have to start off with? Had to get it delivered and the packaging was brilliant! The service was great also ans the reassurance from them was brilliant as Its not easy sometimes buying stuff online nowadays but they reassured me and sent me videos and photos extra of the phone
