Tina and the other lady (sorry forgot her name) were so very helpful and didnt rush us making our decision. We were made a lovely cup of coffee too.
The sideboard is beautiful. The delivery men were fantastic and worked really hard.

The delivery guys were very good
The service that we received from La Residences Interiors was more than excellent. The table and chairs arrived in perfect condition after only 5 days from when the order was placed . We are so pleased and they are even better to look at than on line .The delivery guys were very good. Really nice men and quickly did a very good job.

Disappointed with colour of cushion, not as expected.
I ordered a "Barcelona" cushion and while I think the cushion is well-made and it was sent very quickly, I was very disappointed in the colour which seems quite different from that in the photo. It is described as teal and looks very vibrant in the website photo. While I appreciate that teal is a green colour, it normally has blue in it and the photo does indicate this. In reality, the colour is what I would describe as a sage green, not teal, and not as bright as that shown in the photo. I will keep the cushion although I will use in another room, rather than the one I intended to use it in. I generally get the impression that this company is very reliable but I think they need to have a more accurate photo for this particular cushion.

We refer to this cushion as Teal as this is the name provided by our supplier. However, we completely understand that colours can appear differently in photos and may vary slightly in tone depending on lighting and screen settings.
We do apologise if you feel the cushion is not as described. If you would prefer to return the cushion, we would be more than happy to provide you with a prepaid returns label and arrange for the cushion to be collected from you. Once received, we will issue a full refund.
