Delayed order w/out notification

On March 7, I ordered a two piece bathing suit- top and bottom are separate pieces. Originally the top was back ordered until the end of March but the bottom would ship sooner. I called CS today because I have heard nothing. Now supposedly the bottom will ship to me in the next couple of days, but the top won’t ship til the very end of April . REALLY??? I had to call to even get that update. Thankfully I don’t need this bathing suit immediately but DO NOT order from them if you need a back ordered item by a certain date. They will push back the date without even notifying you. I’m not at all happy with their customer service at this point in the process. I’ll be shocked if I do get the top by the end of April.

Unreliable ordering experience

In order to get your item you have to contact customer service multiple times. I ordered twice, after the first time payment was allegedly unable to go through because "paypal had an error". (I contacted them after two weeks of not getting any updated info) Stupidly I ordered again with my credit card this time.
A week went by, with no shipping email. So I contacted customer support *again* since I didn't want the same issue as before. only to be told that only the warehouse could address issues, but that they put in a ticket for me to be put on one day shipping and to get my order escalated.

I'm never buying from them again. I shouldn't have to bully someone into giving me the item I ordered.
The only good thing to be said is that they have a customer service that talks to you promptly.

Well see if my item ever actually shows up.

Turns out that order was 'also mysteriously canceled.' ridiculous and unreliable and hard to get a refund.

Tried buying $50 gift card but after…

Tried buying $50 gift card but after entering all my info (including credit card) the page gave me an error and said unsuccessful. It also did the same for my boyfriend after making 3 attempts. All our attempts were charged and when I tried to cancel it with proof (screenshots) of their error page, they said they were unable to cancel our orders which resulted in $200 worth of unwanted gift cards. Feels like a SCAM!!!!

indecent profit

Their shipping is 7.95$, return is 6.95 $. It means that you lose 15 $ on return. I dont recommend, be careful, they're not worth it.

Prices have increased significantly

I use to buy from Lascana all the time, decent clothing at affordable prices. I havens bought anything in about a year, but recently opened a catalog to look for a few vacation items. However, the prices have tripled. The clothing is decent, but not at current prices. I wont be buying anymore.

Waardeloos contact, pakket nooit verstuurd en geleverd wel verzendkosten vragen

Ik heb op 21-06 een bestelling gedaan voor een paar sokken, deze bestelling is bij hen binnen gekomen en verwerkt en het pakket zou zo’n 2-3 werkdagen kosten om bezorgd te krijgen. Ik kreeg op 26-06 en e-mail dat de bestelling “iets vertraagd” is. Ik wachtte geduldig af aangezien deze mail ook zei dat het hopelijk binnen enkele dagen alsnog verstuurd zou worden. Als ik de track en trace van bekijk zie ik dat er een melding is gemaakt op 24-06 maar dat er geen pakket is ontvangen bij PostNL. Daarna zijn er geen updates geweest van PostNL of Lascana.

Op 01-07 heb ik contact gezocht met de klantenservice van Lascana via de chat op de website. Hier kostte het veel moeite om contact te krijgen, ten eerste lang in de wachtrij gestaan en toen mijn chat opgepakt werd, werd me gezegd “ik kom zo bij u”. Na 5 minuten geen update heb ik gevraagd of alles oké gaat, en kreeg als antwoord “ik ben even met een andere klant bezig”. Waardeloos, laat me dan in die wachtrij staan ipv me op te pikken en dan niet reageren. Ik weet haar naam niet meer, volgens mij was het Sandra. Daarnaast kan ik niet zo lang bij de chat blijven als ik op de telefoon zit, zodra mijn beeld donker werd wordt de chat afgesloten (na hem meermaals aan te hebben moeten klikken om de chat “levend” te houden).

Vervolgens nog steeds niks gehoord. Ik heb vanochtend in mijn account gekeken in de hoop dat er een update was, tevergeefs. Ik zag ineens dat mijn bestelling op “retour” stond? Ik heb deze niet zelf aangemeld, en wil de sokken nog steeds hebben. Ik heb een nieuwe bestelling aangemaakt, maar zie ook dat mijn andere bestelling nog op “onderweg” staat (sinds 23-06). Als ik dan nu de PostNL tracking bekijk is dit dezelfde als voorheen, zonder update. Wat een ontzettend vervelende ervaring, slechte communicatie zowel van de klantenservice als op de “mijn omgeving” die ontzettend verwarrend is. Er staat daar ook ineens een bedrag open van 4,95 terwijl ik niks heb ontvangen of heb teruggestuurd.

Absolutely horrible swim suit

Absolutely horrible swim suit! The worst suit I have EVER ordered. Cheap material, fit was a size too small, itchy, see through, horrible material!
I have been trying to return the suit but the site won't accept my password and when I try to reset, I never get a code! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! The suits are cheap and over priced!

Bought over 20 items

Bought over 20 items, some were on a flash sale and I was charged regular price. Called to speak with a supervisor told they were to busy they would call back. I was going to keep a few items but I am sending back entire order. I am VERY DISSATISFIED I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Next day delivery - doesn't exisit with this Co even though they charge for it

I ordered some things on saturday and paid for next day delivery which was extra. Nothing arrived on Sunday, so on Monday I checked my account and it stated order still been processed. The money was taken of my credit card on Monday am. When I rang customer services - they said they were still awaiting clearance and when I explained money was taken of my card, in very broken english they tried to explain that there systems are 24 hrs behind. I would not recommend ordering from this company. Their customer services are so poor, broken english and don't really know how it all works. Pathectic company - charging for next day delivery when they are not able to deliver on this - Never again

I ordered a dress and a swimsuit for my wife for vacation. Both arrived promptly and fit great. She loved them and placed another order! Great quality for a very good price.

Buyer beware

I purchased an item from Lascana which was too big. They are charging 6.95 to return the item for generating a label. I did the leg work to return it. This is the only company I have ever purchased from who charge the customer to return an item. I no longer wish to receive their catalog or emails.

Great quality & design

I recently ordered a robe from this company after seeing an ad, and I am OBSESSED! I had never heard of this brand before, but the quality and design is exactly what I was looking for. I also love their dresses and definitely think I could find the perfect one for a wedding from them

Fast shipping, easy returns

The shipping was fast, only 3 days. The stuff i got was very cute and just what i wanted for my trip. I returned one thing since I bought a couple sizes and it was pretty easy process - i just dropped it off in person near my house. I would recommend

I used to love this company

I used to love this company, but their quality has declined and they charged me TWO return fees the last time I purchased from the. $6.95 and $4.95. One for shipping, one for returning. I will NEVER buy from them again. Ridiculous.

Worst online order company

I would give this company 0 stars but I know that a 2 star rating gets more credible notice. This is the worst company for service. Their website says product ships is 2-3 days and I asked for 2 day delivery. It has now been 21 days and my order is nowhere to be seen. I’ve spoken with their customer service department and gotten 4 different stories and 4 different promises that my order would ship next day. There are many companies out there to order from that provide excellent service. Don’t waste your time with this one.
