I’ve been attending Laser Clinics Australia Castle Hill since August 2025, and the experience has been consistently excellent.

The team are always friendly, professional, and clearly well trained. They take the time to explain treatments and offer advice without hesitation, which builds a lot of trust.

What stood out most is how comfortable they make you feel, even in situations that could otherwise be quite daunting. The staff are respectful, reassuring, and completely non-judgmental.

Highly recommend for anyone considering treatment—especially if you’re feeling unsure or stepping into this space for the first time.

Went for Botox and Fillers. Specifically advised this at time of making appointment. Got there and the therapist who was basically just out of nappies advised me that she was not qualified to give fillers and I needed to rebook. I work 5 days a week and took the afternoon off! Will never step foot in there again. Let's hope she knew what to do for $600 of Botox as I can't see any results yet.

Firstly, on the phone receptionist said there were no available appts for next three days. However I booked online without any problems and plenty of slots available. The girl who did the laser seemed extremely arrogant & abrupt. I miss North Rocks - the staff were always respectful and very nice.

I booked in for a skin consultation at 12:40pm. After I went in, they handed me some forms to fill, after which I had to wait about ten minutes for them to collect them. I could see people who came in after I did, being called for their treatments, but I had to wait another 25 minutes more. Being my first time, I don't have the best impression for this place, and the therapist who provided me with the consultation seemed a bit unsure of her advice. I'm not sure if I would go back there. This is the LCA at Castle Towers.
