The worst of all the clinics I've been to.
The management there are clearly not treating their staff well they look stressed trying to get us customers in the door and run off their feet.
The manager at the time, an Asian lady with quite a lot of tattoos (some look quite offensive tbh) was rude, dismissive and not interested in addressing concerns or having an educational conversation unless it involved me buying heavily discounted treatments off them which I know I don't need as I've worked and managed a clinic similar to this many years ago. She lacked professionalism and seemed to let her emotional bad mood get the better of her. It seems that for such a busy location with walk ins, the clinic doesn't have enough staff to manage everyone, including the phone constantly ringing and the waiting customers.

Absolutely incredibly experience and made me feel very comfortable.

I had Botox and the product used must be low quality and it barely last 6 weeks. I went back and advised them and they said it could be a change on my end and that I should have gone in sooner.
There was no check up after the service etc.

Fast and efficient service. Staff are so knowledgeable and I have great skin. Thanks Sharon for helping me have my best skin yet

Had the best facial with Rhonda, n laser clinics Australia, Perth CBD. I suffer with breakouts, and I noticed such a difference after one session. I am back in for my second today and cannot wait. I will continue to book to get my skin wedding ready

Not a good experience at all. No respect for customers, not going back there.

I had skin needling by Rhonda! This is my 4th session with her now, always very professional and leaves me with the perfect glow! She makes me feel at ease throughout the whole procedure, wouldn’t go to anyone else :)

I had a Microdermabrasion a few weeks ago at CBD Clinic
I was so happy with the service they were all professional super clean so friendly too
I was really happy with the result and the helpful staff especially Second .
