I had an appointment with Hyeju, she was very professional, caring and lovely. It was my first time at laser clinic and she made sure treatment was personalised based on what I wanted and I’m extremely satisfied with my result. Hyeju and the team made sure I felt comfortable and I enjoyed every moment at the laser clinic queens plaza. I highly recommend Hyeju and team at the laser clinic queens plaza. Today was my third visit, and I am beyond disappointed with the front desk staff. I arrived 5 minutes late due to mall traffic and had already called ahead to inform them. Upon arrival, I was told I had to wait 20 minutes because I missed "half of my appointment time."

What’s frustrating is the blatant double standard: every time I arrived on time for previous sessions, I was still made to wait, yet I never complained. When I pointed this out, the receptionist was incredibly rude and dismissive. She gave me an ultimatum: "Either wait 20 minutes or leave the clinic now."

When I requested a refund for my remaining sessions since they were refusing to see me, she simply refused and kept repeating her ultimatum. If your scheduling is so "precise" that 5 minutes ruins it, why am I forced to wait when I'm on time? Terrible communication and zero customer service skills.

Always a great experience at Queens Plaza. Selma is awesome and makes you feel comfortable. Thanks team xox
