Unfriendly and rude staff, specially manager she doesn’t care about other people’s time and money. worst experience ever, lack of customer service, they are just a fraud. They want to keep customer’s money without treating them. I used to go to toombul but that is closed after floods. Only option was to go to toowong for prepay treatments. I had 3 treatment left around $315. It’s very far away from my place so took me 1 hour 16 mins to be there at towoong. but i was just 4 mins late She sent me back and asked to book another appointment. I told her the whole scenario but she denied and i booked another time. But on my second treatment (that was today)she cancelled my third prepaid appointment and said i didn’t show up on first. But the truth is she sent me back on that day and booked another appointment. Even she denied to treat me today and said they don’t have time for full package. But when i argue with her i can’t come tomorrow again. It’s more than an hour distance for me to go there only. But she behaved so rudely. It’s so frustrating. They should be concerned with customers situations as we are suffering and coming from a long distance only for their prepay and not refund policy. But the staff at Toowong treating toombul customers so badly so that they don’t come back. And laser clinic can keep their money without giving them any treatment.

Terrible organisation, I had prpaid service in Toombul near my home and due to floods it closed as unfortunate as that was they now won't refund my money and instead expect me to travel an hr plus round trip to Toowong with a new baby! $262 of my money they have taken and used to pay their costs... what about me I suffered due to floods too, is it fair they just keep my hard earned money? I have since had to fork out more at a nearby pl, so I want my money back and I will not stop until I get it! I worked hard for that.
I have made contact with online support and they have dragged me along since May
