I've had my third session of electrolysis and have noticed significant reduction in hair growth. Lucie is calm, reassuring and completely puts one at ease, most of all, she knows her job, you can tell right from her careful explanations to her delicate skillfulness. I've been coming here for the past year for laser with Jen and more recently for facial electrolysis with Lucie. I've had great results and enjoy talking with them at each session, makes the whole experience far more enjoyable! They're clearly knowledgeable about what they're doing and are both very welcoming each time I visit. The place is always clean and tidy, and I'm not kept waiting for my sessions. Fully recommended!

having been on a diet and lost a stone I just couldn't seem to get rid of my tummy fat. Decided to try fat freezing and I am amazed, after just 8 weeks it has considerably reduced and I have just booked another session.
