Absolutely love the texture and how seamless the tracks are. Only issue is that the colour is slightly lighter than natural back. Looking forward to seeing how they hold up after washing and styling

Lashey hair is great quality and satisfaction is guaranteed. There is minimal shedding and the invisible edge make less real hair leave-out, minimum. Will be purchasing more clips ins.

scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered for starters I did NOT get the promo I purchased, and the product I did receive did not blend so I requested a refund/ return label. They asked for more info, I gave another detailed discription & added pictures and screenshots, and they just keep responding the same way.... The response was always " We want to fix, what is wrong?" We did this 3 times ARE YOU KIDDING???? Just give me a refund. I feel they are stalling, or the responses are automated bots, and this company from China,( which has no contact info available, only email) is a complete scam!!! DO NOT BUY! I reported to BBB to help with my refund and to protect other consumers. The reviews on their site are definitely bought.

Wore the colored clip-ins to a Christmas party and let me tell you, under the lights? The shine was everything. Friends were shook when I told them it wasn't my real hair lol.

I ordered on December 13 and have yet…

I ordered on December 13 and have yet to receive a tracking number or the product. Was working with my credit card and they sent evidence that they are not a scam company but I have reviewed NOTHING and it has been over a month. Your company is definitely a SCAM!! Wish I had Google you before I ordered. Have email several times and got nothing until I tried to get my money back and still no product.

Ordered on 12/28 and to date 1/19, still no hair with no communication from company. Buyer BEWARE!

Ordered on 12/28 with a January 7 delivery date and I never received my hair. 3 emails to customer support and all I get is "please be patient". Bad business and I'm wondering if I got scammed. If hair is on backorder it should state that clearly on the website when ordering because I would have ordered elsewhere. My next step is to dispute with my CC company.
UPDATE: I finally received my hair today 1/31. Apparently it was held up in customs.
Changing my star rating from 1 star to 3 because the quality of the clip ins is superb.

Order Never Received, Poor Customer Support

I do not recommend this company based on my experience.
I placed an order on 12/27/25 with an expected delivery date of 01/07/2026. As of 01/19/26, I still have not received my package. There have been no shipping updates or movement, and customer support has not been helpful or provided any resolution.

How this company can improve:
• Provide accurate shipping timelines
• Offer real-time tracking updates
• Respond to customers with clear, timely solutions when delays occur

Until these issues are addressed, I would not order from this company again. I can’t comment on the hair quality since my package was never received. I recommend purchasing through Amazon so you’re protected if there are delivery issues.

Purchased on Dec 16th, I also understand business but I have been in communications with the company now we are at a month still no tracking # still no product. Never again will I do business with this company. Smells like a FRAUD!

I wish I could say positive things

I wish I could say positive things. I know issues occur in business all the time. How you handle those issues is more important than whatever it is that happened. The customer service for this site is TRASH!! 3 weeks shipping when the site says 3-5 days with no communication about a delay and when you reach out you get ignored until you post publicly. I don’t even want the hair anymore. I’ll never do business with this company again.

I have been cleaning

I have been cleaning, conditioning, and reusing these for a full year now, and the hair is still in excellent condition. I haven't had any problems with knots, which is really impressive.

Great customer service!

Great customer service! The Lashey clip in human hair extensions I received appear to be excellent quality. Customer support department responded quickly to my emails and extremely helpful regarding my order to offer an alternate item for the one that was out of stock. Items were shipped out fast and received in a few days. Would definitely refer family and friends to purchase from Lashey Hair.
