Ordered 2 boxes but only received half my order. Also paid for order insurance in case of any issues. When I emailed the company to see about my missing box (after giving them some grace time) did not receive a reply. Emailed them a few more times, posted to social media, and dm’d them through Instagram, still no reply. Called my bank and submitted a claim for the missing box and insurance only. The company finally emailed me back saying my emails ended up in their junk folder (why would they or why wasn’t it checked). Was told they couldn’t do anything until my claim was resolved through my bank. My bank denied the claim saying they had confirmation my order was delivered (I had more to support my claim). This along with the price and overall quality of the cookies is the reason for the low review.

The first batch I ordered had an issue but the company quickly and politely sent another batch. The family tried them and we had some fun rating them. The winners were the James Dean Oreo shake cookie and the chocolate lava cookie. Totally amazing flavor. The chocolate chip cookies are a solid staple, some folks didn't like the salt on top, but thats personal preference. I think it works really well for a salty sweet taste. All in all a great and delicious experience.

Bought these cookies for my uncle and he absolutely adored them - yes they are pricey but they are essentially one full blown dessert each rather than a cookie per say , they were very large and individually well kept

The sm'ores cookies was definitely spectacular as well as the birthday one - overall a solid product for a special birthday or anniversary gag gift
