Malgré tous les avis négatif ici. Le service client du site est au top, la commande personnalisé est belle et bien arrivé j'avais passé une commande personnalisé dans les 700€ et j'étais légèrement inquiet vu la valeur de la commande passée mais finalement la commande personnalisé est bien arrivé tout ce qu'il faut c'est leurs laisser le temps de fabriquer les vêtements en latex car ils les ont pas en stock et encore plus de temps pour les vêtements en latex personnalisé pour leurs équipes qui sont dans les usines et qui travaillent le latex pour créé les vêtements en latex personnalisé ou non car ils n'ont pas tous en stock ils suffit juste d'être patient et si la commande n'est pas arrivé c'est pas forcément de la faute du site ça peut aussi être la faute du transporteur de colis qui transportais le colis car certains transporteurs de colis n'ont pas une bonne réputation mais c'est pas tous les transporteurs de colis non plus ils faut pas généraliser ou dramatiser tous et tous le monde et tous les sites non plus tout simplement 😊 en tout cas on peut faire confiance au site après avoir reçu belle et bien ma commande personnalisé sur leurs site qui m'a coûté dans les 700€ je garantie qu'on peut leurs faire confiance vraiment 😊

I came across this site and thought the prices for a custom made to measure catsuit were amazing. So much cheaper than other sites. So i placed my order, then i came across a lot of negative reviews! Naturally i started to panic and thought it may be a scam. I had paid by paypal so i was confident of a full refund…however….the site is legitimate! The customer service was excellent. I had submitted a couple of measurements wrong which they picked up on and helped me to get the right sizes. It was delivered quickly and when i tried it on….WOW. It was like a second skin. It was a perfect fit. I couldn't be happier with it. Thank you!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR GOODS, and they will not refund you. All the reviews on the site are fictitious!
I am currently still waiting for my order despite several promises that it is on its way.
These are not cheap pieces and although I usually eventually get a response, which I believe is a AI response, despite asking them to give me a realistic time frame they continue to promise next week.
I have now after 6 weeks asked for my money back. However I have not yet received an answer.
DO NOT ORDER from these people, they are con artists.

Paid over $1000 for made to order items that arrived either too small or far to large. Company has a return policy they do not stand by even though I provided evidence that their measurements were not what I sent them and they claimed that I took improper measurements, even though I sent photos showing how their measurements don't align w measurements I sent them.. they admitted they made a mistake yet they still requested I send more money to replace useless items. They also have fake trust pilot reviews on their website. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY DO NOT BUY!

I ordered a latex body on this website, they answered to my mails very fast! I needed it for a precise date and I didn’t have lot of time to receive it, they accelerated the production process expressly for me and they made an express delivery that only took 48 hours with Fedex with tracking so in the end, I even received it faster! the model is exactly like on the pictures and the finishing is super clean! thank you so much for the great service, I recommend it!

First of all, they deleted my (1-star) review so they don't look bad, second of all, I ordered transparent latex gloves and they sent me ones that looked like nothing with the picture, or even described. They said it would be 61cm long and they sent me 52cm. Also they crafted the gloves which it was something I didn't want. The hand area was like 2 pieces of latex merged together, which I didn't really like. Mainly they were short and looked awful on me. Sometimes they don't have the materials for 0.25mm latex

A complete scam site. Ordered in December and haven’t received items or response to emails. I will report to French authorities or police as this person is clearly committing fraud.

Stupidly engaged with these fools, their measurements guide for custom fit is different to their in house cutting plans, so your item does not fit. They then accuse your measurements as the cause. Off the peg is equally shite. They could not accurately tailor a latex handkerchief.
Paypal are useless too. I got "the garment was similar to described so we are not recovering your money" fab - 2 shite businesses

Same as vast majority of reviews. Take money promptly but do not send goods, respond to emails or refund for non delivery.

latex mask do NOT correspond with probably photoshoped fotos on website. Very poor tailoring.Owner is not willing to refund or accept returnal of goods!!

Latexclothing is the same company as Latexhoods. As every other reviewer has said. They do not respond to emails, do not deliver goods but the do take your money instantly. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Clearly a fraudulent company, paid, items not delivered, no response to emails. Dishonest trader, stay clear!

Like all the other reviews, they take your money and then do not respond, trying to hide under a uk website. There inbox must be full of unread emails from customers like myself. I found there address and will be paying them a visit next week. Can't wait to see the look on there face's when I arrive. DO NOT ORDER and report them don't be shy about it.

Don't buy from this company. They just took your money and never deliver. Beware.

Orderd an item and paid on the 26/7/24. I thought everything was OK and was prepared to wait the alotted delivery schedule of between 14&22working days.
My suspicions arose when another payment showed in my account as pending for an amount a few pence different than the original one taken even though I haven't ordered anything else. I've emailed 4 times with no response and have now handed the matternover to my banks fraud department.
Like other people have stated stay well away from this scam company.

Wished I read the reviews before ordering . Ordered items worth £100 about 3 months ago and not received any good or reply to my emails . Have to count my losses as dispute with credit card bank seems too complicated . Avoid avoid avoid .

This appears to be a scam IMHO. No response to numerous emails and no goods were dispatched. Luckily I received a rebate from my CC company. Avoid.
