Everything was fine -until!

Everything was fine; attention by the telephone answerer, her follow up to ensure the address was right etc etc.
However and I know this is not normal practice but I just wanted ONE of each hinge, not ONE PAIR of each hinge. I thought I'd made this clear but obviously not. So my invoice was twice that expected. Not a major cost on the project (a donations box for our charity) but annoying. Goods are fine, robust and well made as suits a thief proof steel box.
Sorry, but clarity is all.

Euro door locks.

I bought 3 keyed alike door locks which I am happy with. . Postage time could have been better but it is usually the courier that falls down. I would buy from Lathams again. ***

Superb Customer Service!

Super helpful! I sent photos so they could advise on what lock I required, they responded very quickly and dispatched it super fast! From purchasing to new lock being in the door was 2 days!
Highly recommended!
