Spoken to very helpful gentleman in customer services twice. Have had samples sent out of which Dexter loves the grain free mixer meal so have now bought a large bag

Appalling service - and it used to be good, over the many years I have been a customer.
I understand there have been production problems but I keep getting different answers from different people at this company about the availability of wheat-free mixer. Now they have taken my money and promised - on several occasions - to deliver the product but nothing has arrived.
This is easily the worst online purchasing experience I have had for some years. I'm only persisting because my dogs love the product, even though I don't love the service.

I tried to order more food from this company but they will not answer the phone, so I have ordered food from another company, I have purchased food from them for over 13 years, obviously they are now not a customer friendly company

I found this food originally in a local discount store and thought I’d give it a try. I had a large German Doodle puppy who hadn’t had the best start in life when she came to me, and this included her having very itchy, sore skin which i was advised always worsened when she ate.
I loved the fact that this brand is made locally to me, its heritage AND that there are no nasties in it whatsoever.
I started her on the grain free puppy and within a very short time, her itchy, sore skin disappeared and her coat became glossy. Her poo was firm and there is not copious amounts of it, neither is it stinky - like you get with so many other brands.
With experimentation I have learnt that it is the wheat element that she reacts to, so Laughing Dog have both “Grain Free” and “Wheat Free”, so it offers even more of a safe and varied choice for Willow.
I buy once a month from the website and mix the things she likes, Personally I find this the best for us, but they do offer a subscription service.
Willow is thriving on Laughing Dog food, and even my 10 cats like a little bit of it in the morning from her plate.

Great experience dealing with this company.
