When I first reached out to Launch and Scale, I had nothing but my idea. I was stuck inside my own head and I didn't even have a prototype yet.

After just a few weeks working together, Khierstyn helped me to zero in on who my target customer is. I was able to perform real-world research based around a proven framework, and received excellent feedback from her that helped me further refine my product. Then, Dan created a great design precision sketch which I can take to manufacturers to get my prototype made.

I now feel like I'm well on my way to understanding the viability of my idea, and having a prototype in my hands - which would have taken me much more time if I had instead tried to do it on my own.

Very structured informative content which helps build a business/brand step-by-step, covering every aspect in depth, eg. technical (creating a landing page, website, using different apps), psychological, marketing & advertising, growth, social networking, email, etc. Empowering live calls with mentors several days a week help stay on track and be encouraged along the way, ask any question that is needed at a certain stage. Entrepreneurs get to make contacts with each other through the program and help each other out. Highly recommend for the beginner entrepreneur and the ones who launched and are in the grind of growing the business.

I met Khierstyn about a year ago when I was putting together a new direct to consumer product. She and her team were extremely thoughtful and helped guide me to the right product (and were honest and transparent around the type of product I should use, which I definitely appreciate).

The course itself is great! Khierstyn and her team are great to work with. They created my Shopify website from scratch -- design, layout, text and functionality. I get a lot of very positive feedback on my site. They are super knowledgeable about apps to support your e-commerce business. There's always something new they're suggesting. They created, designed and strategized my social media ads both to build my email list and to generate sales. They constantly A/B test to determine what works. And the ROAS has proven them right. I could not have launched Sipify without them!
