After a quick review of your emails with support team, we have seen that you stuck with a verificaiton on your account.
If you submit everything they have requested I am sure they are working on that.
It all depends how busy they are, i would recommend you to contact their support because they are pretty slow because of the current situation, please Phone or email again.
Remember, we create the accounts but you have the wait 3th parties to get your account live .

launches is so good
I don't try other company but launches are sooooooooo good I'm now complete my first year with launchese and everything is good.
