This Company scammed me by giving three false trackings but the item never arrived. The order was placed in July 23rd 2025 under Lauramaurd LLC Through Paypal. I corresponded with
Rhea. It fell silence after I told them that I still did not recieve the third attempted shipment. This becomes very suspicious and I just reported the matter to Paypal to seek a refund.

Ordered a Car Diagnostic unit in June 2025. They have since sent me three times a unit with tracking but it never arrives. This Company Is a SCAM. Stay clear.

Bestellt und nie was bekommen. Am Anfang noch guter und positiver email Kontakt und auf einmal wird sich nicht mehr gemeldet. Echt schlimm das es sowas gibt die vermeintlich Produkte verkaufen die am ende garnicht ankommen.

Achtung Betrüger, Ware wird nicht geliefert

Ordered a printer back in july, paid via PayPal. Printer never arrived, i sent afew emails to them and a person named Rhea eventually replied. Sent a fake tracking number, which my local royal mail confirmed, saying it had been delivered. Emailed them again saying its a fake and requested a refund..... scammers!!

*UPDATE* I contacted PayPal resolution centre requesting a refund, explaining the situation, they contacted Laura Maurd & there response was to send yet another fake tracking number.... PayPal have since refunded me.

Fup og svindelfirma, undgå at handle med dette firma, de leverer aldrig varen. De (Rhea) svarer henholdende på mails.
De har salgskanaler med andre domæne navne, så hvis Lauramaurd fremgår som modtager ved betaling, afbryd købet.

Been waiting since July and now tracking says delivered but nothing has arrived. Im sure this is a scam

Never ever ever order from this company… a total scam. They take your money and they run. They try to respond to you when you reach out to them, but they don’t ever give you the answer you need. They are a fraud and a scam!

I just order a couch email them to confirm my order was receive no one replies i just got scammed its on fb id rather buy next time here homeland not offshore be aware guys its a scam

I placed a order for a fountain! Tried to track the order but it's show no order listed! My credit card has been charged! Tried to contact but Email doest go thur! Very aggravated!!

Purchased garden chair 3rd June, used PayPal. Followed transport from China to UK.36 days later chair out fir delivery, delivered 9th July. Except no delivery received, no neighbours received either. Contacted transit company and Lauramaurd, neither responded. I checked reviews before purchase, all seemed OK. My experience suggests otherwise. I'll continue to give poor reviews until this issue is resolved, not hopeful.
UPDATE, RHEA from Lauramaurd made contact today..REFUND sent. Checked PayPal refund in my account. No explanation regarding delivery, but they have resolved the issue.

I ordered a garden chair from this company, they professionally acknowledged the order and payment made via PayPal. Tracking number given and progress of the order shown, the tracking indicated that the item was detained by customs then released after a few days. Then this company showed the item as delivered, it never was. Eventually after several correspondence they acknowledged non delivery and said they would redeliver, they never did. A person calling herself Rhea is apparently a customer service agent but she is clearly part of the scam. Yet again Facebook fails to vet companies selling on their platform. Buyers beware this is a fraudulent company scamming genuine buyers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
