Beware of this Russian platform, they will steal your money the first opportunity you forget to withdraw. If you withdraw periodically and small amounts, your account will not blocked, but when you forget to do that and leave amounts above $500 or more, depending on your transactions, they will block your account and say that you have violated Article 8.2.2 Yes, you only violate the standards when you forget to withdraw a large amount. I'm selling a PLR/MRR Products and ageed to do so and approved the products after i provide the right to resel, but eventially they said i sell product of someone else lol, so what's PLR then!
The same thing happened with a friend of mine who forgot to withdraw $2,000, so they closed his account, and they do not give you your money like does PayPal or Stripe, but they steal it, and this is something expected of the Russians, of course. Your account with Lava is safe as long as you make small withdrawlls.

Overall, I’m happy with the platform. The payment process works well, and the overall experience has been positive. However, the biggest issue I’ve faced has been with fund withdrawals.

At one point, I had to wait almost a month before I could withdraw my money, with very little communication or explanation during that time. That level of uncertainty is stressful, especially when you rely on those funds for your business.

If they improved the speed of withdrawals and provided better communication during reviews or temporary holds, I would gladly give a higher rating. Despite this, I believe the platform has great potential and hope they continue improving this aspect.

I appreciate the support team’s efforts, and once my issue was resolved everything worked as expected. I simply hope the review process becomes faster and more transparent for future users.

I run a legitimate business selling digital products and gaming-related services under my own registered sole proprietorship. Before using Lava.top, I carefully reviewed their Terms of Service and other legal documents to make sure my business model complied with their policies.

Since I sell gaming-related digital products, I contacted Lava.top support before publishing anything. On January 30, 2026, their support team explicitly confirmed that selling gaming accounts was allowed on the platform. Based on this official response, I spent considerable time creating my storefront, configuring products, and integrating my sales workflow with Lava.top.

After that, I successfully completed two international PayPal sales through the platform. My customers received their products, there were no complaints, disputes, refunds, or chargebacks, and everything appeared to be working as expected.

Because Lava.top requires at least three sales before allowing withdrawals, I did not attempt to withdraw my earnings after the first two sales and simply waited to continue using the platform.

Then, without any prior warning, I discovered that all of my products had disappeared. They were not visible even in the blocked or archived sections. When I contacted support, I was suddenly told that my products had been blocked because "reselling accounts" was prohibited.

This came as a complete surprise because it directly contradicted the written confirmation I had previously received from Lava.top support.

Support then requested proof that I had the rights to sell my products. I provided signed agreements and contracts with official suppliers of digital goods, including digital game products, gift cards, and gaming-related content. I also explained that my products were sourced through legitimate commercial agreements and that my business operates legally.

Despite providing all requested documentation, Lava.top refused to review the decision.

Even more concerning, the platform has continued to hold the money paid by my customers. Those funds were neither refunded to buyers nor transferred to me. At the time of writing, the amount remains withheld despite my repeated requests.

I subsequently sent a formal pre-action legal claim requesting:

- payment of the withheld funds;
- a written explanation of the blocking decision;
- supporting evidence for the alleged policy violation.

Instead of responding through the formal procedure, Lava.top ignored the claim entirely and simply blocked my account.

As a business owner, this is the most frustrating part. If a platform changes its interpretation of its own rules, it should at least honor transactions that were accepted under the previous guidance or provide a fair dispute resolution process. Instead, I received contradictory answers, no meaningful review of the documents I submitted, no proper response to my legal notice, and no access to the funds generated from legitimate customer transactions.

What concerns me most is the lack of transparency. A marketplace handling sellers' money should have clear, predictable policies and should not issue official approvals only to reverse them later without meaningful explanation.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Lava.top to businesses that rely on stable payment processing or predictable compliance procedures. If you decide to use this platform, be aware that your products may be approved one day, rejected the next, and your funds may remain inaccessible while support refuses to meaningfully address the issue.

The best and liest complicated payment service out there! I absolutely love it.

The fee is rationable, there are many methods of payment and easy to do for clients. I am using it a few months and it benefits my work. Customer support works pretty well

В целом нравится сервис, удобный. НО! Слишком большая комиссия. Из-за разницы курса и нестабильности валюты + комиссии итоговая стоимость сессии на 1000р ниже, чем та, которую я получаю при оплате просто на карту.

Сам сервис мне нравится. Надёжный, работаю с ним уже почти год. При любом вопросе поддержка быстро отвечает, сайт вызывает доверие.
Лишь некоторые "но":
1) Вывод можно оформить только с 1000-и руб.
2) Непонятный и нестабильный курс. То есть пока во всех банках, условно, курс доллара 72, в Лаватоп неоднократно замечала, что он 69 или типа того. Почему-то курс там всегда низкий, что сказывается на выводах.

Очень понятный интуитивно интерфейс, быстро настроила витрину, легко найти всю нужную информацию об условиях. Возникла проблема с оплатой из казахстана, но на платформе появилась оплата через эпл и теперь платежи из казахстана не проблема! Надеюсь на дальнейшее сотрудничество с вашей платформой!

Я пробовала множество сайтов для продажи своих продуктов, и Lavatop пока показала себя хорошо. У него нет проблем с переводам денег, приходят быстро, без задержек в РБ. Так же нет проблем у покупателей. Совершенствуются и добавлют новые функции например оплата через Apple pay
