This company hires a lot of…terrible people
This company hires a lot of irresponsible people and pros. Nothing but headaches, and they charge a ridiculous rate for subpar issues and pros who can’t close gates. God forbid you have an issue, because customer service is like banging your head against a wall. Anyone else is better than them.

They charged me a fee for long grass
They charged me a fee for long grass. I can understand a $25 or $30 fee, but they charged me a fee that was the same amount of my actual grass cutting!! They literally doubled the price! Of course my grass is long…. This is Florida in the summertime!!!!

Our independent pros do have standard surcharges for heavily overgrown grass because it requires them to slow down, double-cut the property, and subjects their commercial equipment to significant strain. However, a surcharge that completely doubles your standard rate without clear, upfront communication from our team is not the transparent experience we want you to have.
