Lovely customer service from Mark Norman. Went out of his way to create an order for me and amend it multiple times until I was satisfied. Went above and beyond what was expected. The first time I’ve been back there since 2010, pleasant lads, looked after my dog and helped out loads. Was great and quick.
Next time I think they had an apprentice there, I was there forever 😂😂

Always happy with the service here, staff very helpful and stock generally in good supply.
Not the cheapest, but you can haggle the price down sometimes.

Lawsons Edgware great service , easy to communicate, friendly staff always happy to help. A place where you find everything you need for a loft conversion, from floor protection to steel beams and timber Lawsons have it all. Very helpful stuff!

Placed my order on the phone with Mark at the Edgware branch - Mark was extremely brilliant - hence, all transaction sorted out with ease and my order was delivered to the building site on time as agreed.

The Staff dealt with my order as I wanted collection was easy some time spent on the paperwork was a little bit more difficult than normal otherwise a pleasant experience with the staff
