Alice Butler was unable to read my file and realise not to call me during working hours. After 27 calls, 3 requests for call backs in five minutes she caught my on my lunch.
She claimed i only said this to the national accident help line but I know she's lying as Luke the gentleman @ law together I spoke to initially told me.

I've expressed dissatisfaction about this what they are using my data to call me at a time I’ve requested them not to, I also asked for call recordings as the company records calls but only informs you once when signing up.
If you do a little research is actually Illegal to do.

Sammy Alice manager has answered my complaint with closing my file with no deadlock letter or a means to escalate. I've attempted to call to log a complaint with the complaints team but there number is off.

These are signs of really bad service and I hope this turns you away from using them as they use you data how they want, and blame you for being upset.

Absolutely bullied from start to finish of this claim.
I was hurt at work and damaged my knee I was then directed to this company via the accident helpline.

The legal representative that was handling the case was disgusting to me on several occasions.
They also took payment of £4000 out of my claim when all I was treated like was an utter child and disgrace throughout the whole process!
My voice wasn’t allowed to be heard by anyone even my legal representative seemed to defend them more than myself.

They taken most of my loss of earning please do not use them they will act like they see on your side but they NOT!!

When I had my medical expert! (not) they saw me in a gym upstairs baring in mind I had a knee injury!! To witness this man sitting there eating his sandwich whilst only speaking in to a voice recorder is unprofessional!!

I am absolutely disgusted with the amount of stress and anxiety they have put on me over the last 12 months.

They have also tried to tell me because I have fibromyalgia which was after the accident too which it was diagnosed that it goes against my case..

Had a work accident claim which has been ongoing for a couple of years chose to use law together and Tehzeeb handled my case I was kept in the loop and she got me the outcome I was looking for very happy with the compensation awarded many thanks to her and law together

Horrible people. They took the case but after getting refused a compensation , they just closed the case. It’s a child related injury that caused in a class time in school because of staff member’s negligence. I had all the evidence were there but they didn’t even bother to contact NHS or police who were involved in it. The worst thing is they closed the case two months ago but didn’t bother to inform me. I am utterly disgusted by their horrible professionalism .

I was passed to Law Together by the National Injury helpline. I had broken my ankle due to an issue with a section of beach and boardwalk in Brighton. They seemed were great at first. However they told me I had a strong case and that they were putting in a claim for between £25,000 - £100,000. I was not expecting anything like this but the amount of the claim seemed back up what they were saying that I have a strong claim. So I was so shocked when my case was denied. But on reading the councils reasons I realised they had not fully explained why that part of the beach is so treacherous and why it had contributed to my injury. I also feel the inflated amount contributed to the claim denial. On top of this when Karen, the person dealing with my claim, said I need to speak to my supervisor before I share the outcome, it made me feel like I was dealing with someone very inexperienced or even in training. I have now written to them asking them to log a formal complaint. I am also going to seek other legal advice about their handling of the claim. And contact the council myself to get the issues rectified. It feels like a massive waste of my time. When maybe I should have just submitted a claim myself when the council offered that. I just thought that a solicitor might be able to get the situation across better than me but unfortunately it seems they can’t!!!! Avoid avoid avoid

I suffered a burn injury at a west London boxing gym in a well known shopping mall. Rather than deal with the matter the executive ignored me. I instructed Law Together and nearly 2 years later and just before court proceedings were listed we were offered a favourable settlement by the defendant.
