New tub works well and better value than Wave bought from Currys
and unable to find issues with the heater unlike the Wave one which it would appear has serious issues.

Poor customer service, delaying tactics, not active in getting the issue resolved even when under warranty. No answer when calling and difficult to locate complaints team email.
I will never buy a lazy spa product again

Poor item poor service paid £700 for a hot tub that looks 10 years old glue has all discoloured lid goes down every few days the lid cover came dirty out of the box has all been reported several times they are just fobbing is off now!!!!
Buy another brand people lazy spa are 💩

If I could give zero I would, the most disgusting customer service we brought a surround for our lazy spa, never turned up so requested a refund which after a month still hasn’t been refunded. DO NOT BUY DIRECT FROM THEM!!

would not use ever again! all they do is lie to you. still waiting on my refund 13 days later when ive never recieved the goods ive ordered! joke of a company!

Complete shambles, I have a faulty pump, endless loop of AI messages, no complaints dept and after 20 mins on hold the rude rep hung up as I said to her their service was terrible and she refused to transfer me to a manager.
Once I manage to return this item I will never buy another.

Nothing but AI doom loop. "Experiencing unusually high level of messages" says it all. Endless trap of going round in circles. No response just to general enquiries. They just ignore and hope it goes away. Read the warranty, it's designed to make it nigh impossible for the customer (if you manage to register). They then want 28 days to confirm (whilst they try to fin ways to reject it)! Lid deflated itself in first couple of days but, nothing from them. They also don't highlight recommended daily filter cleaning / changing.
Not surprisingly, they can'answer queries but, send lots of marketing to "enhance your experience"!
Real shame because the tub is ok.

What a complete shambles of a Customer Service option. They tell you its quicker to use their online service, it is not 3 to 5 business days it what they say I tried getting hold of them after 9 days via the phone line. my advice is unless you have time on your hands dont bother. Its a shame because I have used their products for 20 years and this is the first time I have had an issue.
It will be the last time I buy from them, because clearly they just don't care about customer service or or so mean that they don't employ enough CS agents to deal with their warranty claims.
Absolutely appalled by their lack of customer care.
I have only selected 1 star as there is not option to give them Zero.

Trying to contact the company is nearly impossible .
They promise to phone you back but dont.
When you eventually speak to them they reject your claim stating it’s not a manufacturing fault although it’s still within its guarantee period. Try to talk to a manager but they are always busy,
Would give them a ZERO rating if I could.

Wish I'd looked at more reviews before I decided to buy direct! Take no notice of predicted delivery promises! Over an hour wait on the phone lines no matter what time I try. Countless messages unanswered. This is my second Lay z spa hot tub and I rate the product well. I would strongly recommend that you buy from anywhere other than the Lay z Spa website. My hot tub is on its way - but I still have no idea when the chemicals and base mat will arrive. I don't usually write reviews - but AI suggests that I might get some customer service response this way. Here's hoping!

GOT DAUGHTER HELLSINKI FOR XMAS PUT IT UP IN FEB KEPT DEFLATING.
PUT IN A CLAIM. JUST BEEN TOLD THEY ARE WAITING FOR STOCK NEARLY 6 MONTHS.
BUT THER ARE SELLING THEM ON THERE SITE.
SAID SALES STOCK AND WARRANT STOCK IS DIFFERENT.
I WANT TO PUT A CLAIM INTO COURT BUT THEY WONT TELL ME WHO TO PUT ON COURT FORM

💥warning💥 crap after sales services.
No integrity as a company at all. Do not honour the warranty just lots of Time wasting to avoid replacing dodgy goods.
The pump has only worked for 6 months.
Using stupid excuses for the products errors. Videoing and calling us to say we have hard water in our area. And it must be the socket.

Our last one was exactly the same and lasted years. We gave it away because it got a little tatty.

They are an absolute disgrace.
Taking money for shoddy goods.

I wouldn’t really rate it at all. I have used this brand for a while now, the most recent was last year. The customer service and time wasting you have to go through is ridiculous. My pump was replaced in September and is doing exactly the same now so broken again. The pump is defective. Once I have a replacement pump I will not be using these again.

We wanted to inflate the pool for the third time, but it didn't work because there was a puncture somewhere inside. It can't be repaired either, because the hole is somewhere on the inside wall of the pool.

Bought a hot tub Oct 2024, it started to trip the electrics July contact customer services, so far sent in videos and photos, feel like they are just time wasting, received 1 pointless phone call - PLEASE DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS, they really don't care.
I have now contacted my card issuer to assist.

(UPDATE - the date I posted this review I was contacted and offered a replacement Unit, we destroyed the one we had to show we couldnt use (as per their instructions) and received a new unit 2 days later, all working again, hopefully this means they are dealing with issues better now.)

Pump failed after 10 days. Pump was used last summer, had so many error codes but we got there. Item was then stored away back in its original packaging and into the summer house. Took it back out this summer and Pump is not working, absolutely ridiculous. Had 10 day use of this item. Outwith warranty so told nothing they can do. Took 12 days for them to reply after getting an email saying it will be 3-5 days... Pump is clearly faulty, this company are unbelievable. Cowboys

ABSOLUTLEY SHOCKING customer service. I will never but a Lazy Spa again!!! The pump failed less than 3 weeks in to use. after weeks of back and fourth with customer services, requesting a video of this or a video of that. Promising to sort the issue only to the request a different video or tell me the previous video was not sufficient or correct. Looking on FB groups it seems i am not the only person struggling with issues like this. Lazy spa have to be one of the worst companies i have ever dealt with. Perhaps they should poach some staff from shark who have incredible customer service!!!

Appalling customer service - I've submitted all the documentation and video of their failed after only a few months used twice product and have not had a single response.

I've made multiple phone calls & i keep getting told that an agent has not been assigned to your case.

Avoid like the plague is my best advice.

Do not buy from them, spa is great when working. 10 months in and my pump is broke. I had registered the warranty when I purchased the spa. I filled in their online claim, sent all videos photos etc to prove I've tried to fix it myself. 11 days in and 2 phone calls, I think it's one person taking the calls, and nothing, my case is still waiting to be assigned. I get the feeling this may never end. How can a company so big be allowed to have such awful customer care. Buy a different brand, stay away from this company. Just not worth it. Wish I'd read these reviews first and not just the Layz Spa website ones.
