I made a mistake when ordering (on line, on a Sunday) a roof window from LB Supplies. I emailed them the same evening to explain my stupidity. I wasn't really expecting such a quick response. Got a phone call the on the Monday and my order was rectified. Absolutely brilliant. Great service, there website is easy to navigate through, and very helpful. My window arrived on the Wednesday. What a service.

Ordered a week before Xmas and it went missing in the Xmas rush, Jenna at LB was really helpfull, and chased it but no joy. A replacement was sent out.
