First of all, it took all the drudgery out of creating screens, especially ones requiring the LVGL graphics library. You can now spend time with your GUI's appearance instead of tediously positioning and sizing controls via code. And there are so many controls and widgets available to make your head spin. Mine did.

Second of all, customer support was quick and extremely informative and helpful.

Really, I can't say enough good things about LCD Wizard. I've spent so much time drawing screens for projects and I dreaded doing another complex GUI app. LCD Wizard was a much-needed tool for my toolbox.

I was experimenting with placing pictures into my LCD Wizard project. The Customer service was very helpful in finding various alternative solutions for me. I must say that I am very happy with the speedy assistance that was extended to me and can strongly recommend this product to other embedded designers.

The perfect program to program LVGL widgets with ease and excellent customer support.... I purchased the Pro version and its worth every cent.... thanks to the great team at LCD WIZARD

Permanent improvements

Fantastic Product!. The Lcdwizard is used for laying out lcd screens with widgets from the LVGL open-source graphics library. I was looking for a fully featured designer that did not come with the high cost of other tools. Tried Lcdwizard and brought it, easy decision!
Its new so not fully featured yet but, the developments is travelling fast. The developer is very fast to add new features, help out and squash bugs when a request is made.
Its a pleasure to use, and the code it generates is nice and clean.
Bottom Line: it has saved me an estimated 3 days work for layout and code generation. I cannot recommend it enough!

Developer fixed bugs and added features in less than 1 hr on a number of occasions. It doesn’t get better than that.

I’ve only just started using the app, but from what I can tell, the possibilities are endless. Finally, something truly professional on the market!

I was looking at Volos channel giving an introduction to LCD Wizard. I only had a non touchscreen Waveshare 2.4" LCD so I followed his lead and started placing widgets on the screen, which was easy. I clicked the export button and it gave me a lot of files. I loaded the .ino file into my ESP32 Dev module and the compiler gave me an error because I had specified a touchscreen LCD and mine was not. I looked into the code and commented out a couple references to touch functions. I clicked on the load button and it compiled and loaded into the ESP. I looked at the screen and was shocked to see what I had programmed into the app had appeared on the LCD screen! I am an 83 year old experimenter and have struggled with LCD touchscreen displays due to the differences in setup for each. I am looking forward to creating some usefull GUIs for some of my projects. Many thanks for creating this intuitive app!

By far the best and most comprehensive app for creating UI, wiring and firmwear for dev boards like the ESP32, STM32 or the RP2040 and more.
Very intuitive to use, you can create a UI and firmwear for a board in a few hours with a bit of experience on the app, all without coding or using AI.
The amount of thought and practical experience that has gone into the creation of LCD Wizard is a benefit to every person that tinkers with development boards.
