Slow delivery
We needed bags in a hurry so went with L C Packaging because they offered next day delivery for orders placed in the morning. Our order was placed on 4th January and acknowledged at 9.53am so should have been delivered on 5th January, but didn't arrive until 9th January, so not a good start to our relationship, although the man I spoke to was very helpful and sympathetic.

We cannot apologise enough for this slow delivery. Our delivery partners occasionally suffer from a shortage of staff and this will impact on their delivery times.
Great service
Great service. Callum was most helpful. The delivery driver was rude and not accommodating at all. I emailed Callum to let him know and he said he'd pass it on to logistics. My neighbour had a delivery the following week and her delivery was with a different carrier and the delivery driver was lovely! Delivery also arrived when they said it would. Thank you

Second time that we have used you
Second time that we have used you for sandbags.
First driver ran out of time and delivered the following afternoon. He was very unhelpful.
This second delivery, despite not advising us when delivery was to be made was easier. Speedy delivery by a helpful driver.
Product just what we wanted.

We ordered net bags with no label or…
We ordered net bags with no label or anything other than net (part no 155070). They delivered onion sacks....
I don't know why.
