Very professional and courteous communications. Stepped in after we had been badly let down by a major hire firm at the last minute. Very positive can do attitude and whilst quite pricey - the minibus was top notch and in fantastic condition. I would highly recommend LDN hire for anyone looking to avoid cowboys.

I did rent for this company for 3 days couple weeks ago when we went to uk for vacation, I will not recommend this company if you are tourist the delivery is late and the pickup they give you exact time but you have to wait 24hrs before they pick up , then there's a extra charge that you don't even know that you did, the good , van is comfortable and nice

I had a very disappointing experience with this car rental company.

The company charged £54 directly from my bank account for “administration costs” related to forwarding a parking charge notice, instead of dealing with the matter properly.

What makes this situation unacceptable is the fact that I was not the driver of the vehicle at the time of the alleged parking incident. The vehicle had already been returned to the rental agency, which is clearly confirmed by documentation showing the exact date and time of handover. I will provide these documents as evidence.

Despite this, the company:
did not pay the parking charge,
did not verify who was responsible,
and still charged me £54 simply for passing the notice on.

As a customer, I expected a fair and professional approach. Instead, I was charged for an issue I did not cause and had no control over.

I strongly advise future customers to be cautious. This handling of the situation shows a lack of responsibility and customer care.
